this is bullshit...
I'm tired of getting emails about people using my photographs and i cant take any legal action because DA is anonymous and thus i have no name or location to go after.

I AM A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER PEOPLE!

i make my living with my skills as a photographer and with my work in photoshop. you take my work, you are taking away my means to earn a living. that and it is just plain offensive. maybe a few years ago i was a little photo student who probably didnt notice you were pulling my photos for your own devices but i now work for a Pro Studio people, i have shot for Adidas for crying out loud! worked on Reebok! Keen! ICON! and more!!! I am not that freakin naive and i'm tired of it. I kept my subscription and this gallery because i really enjoyed looking at other peoples work and to have an area for my personal work but its not worth it. sorry guys, once i hear from DA on my report of this latest offender my gallery will be gone. i will keep my subscription until it runs out this last time to look at other peoples work but will be a ghost on DA.

i suggest if you want someone to stop ripping you off pick a new career... attacking satansbrand for someone else doing wrong.

you could have handled this is a much better way then being childish about it.

you are a thief yourself... do you think you are original? what you have done has been done 10x over so get over yourself.

be pissed all you want fact of the matter is you post it chances are someone is going to steal it, manipulate, repost and if you dont like it do everyone in the art world a favor quit...

Hi, i know you must be pissed with me, but why didn't you just mail me and ask why I had used the image in question. I have removed it from my gallery by the way, had you asked me I would have explained that my client supplied the image and I assumed (wrongly) that it was his. I can only apologise but there has to be a more adult way of sorting this sort of stuff out. Sorry if you have had stuff ripped off in the past, I think most people on DA have, including myself, unfortunately this will always happen. It is not like I just used your image, i drew a vector illlustration of it, yeah you took the original image but at the time i didn't know that. I just wish you would have asked me first instead of attacking me all guns blazing. :pissedoff:
